Description
This jackrabbit was running hard as I drove through the pasture and suddenly stopped and dropped down to had from a threat. This is a ploy they use and if the grass and brush is high enough to hid them you loose sight. In this case, I was close enough to see him and get the photo I used as a reference to paint this painting.
